Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. Our goods and services are backed by our commitment to customer satisfaction. We promise to always take care of our customer-first philosophy is to treat them fairly and reasonably. It is our long-held belief that when we treat our customers fairly, they will be fair with us in return.
About Return conditions:
  1. After receiving the goods, if the product has quality problems, we are duty-bound to resend it for free.
  2. If it’s a non-quality problem, the item is eligible for return or when it is unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Item(s) must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and without any marks or signs of wear (ex. makeup marks, deodorant marks, etc.) .
  3. If you purchase with coupon, we have the right not to refund the coupon you have used. Please use your coupons prudently.
  4. Please contact customer service via support@newbella.com for assistance returning unsuitable item

About Return time limit:

At Shopnewbella, we stand behind our products. If you purchase a new product directly from Shopnewbella and are not entirely satisfied, you can return it for unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery

Please do not return your order to the address that marked on the parcel, it is not our return address. Contact Customer Service Team before you would like to make a return

Return shipping methods & shipping cost

Shipping methods: Currently, only self-return methods are supported. Customers are asked to pay their own freight and choose a logistics company to return the goods.

Note:

1. Each order can only be returned once.

2. If the return is not related to quality issues, shipping cost will be undertaken by the customer.

For example: the below conditions are not related to quality issues.
 (1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;
 (2) Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason are not considered as quality issues;
 (3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;
 (4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns
 (5) Returns due to sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.

About Return&Refund process

We will process your refund request within 7 working days after receiving the return package in the warehouse.

  1. Refund of COD orders can be returned as Cash code/Paypal transfer/Bank transfer. The refund time for Cash code is 3-5 working days. Paypal usually takes 5-10 working days to refund to account. Bank transfer usually takes 15-30 working days to refund to your account(the specific time is subject to Paypal and Bank card).
  2. 2. Online payment order refund is returned to the payment account. The refund time for bank is usually 7-15 working days. The specific time is subject to the bank card. If the refund does not arrive, please contact the bank.


Note:

1. Only the amount of the product will be refunded, and other fees (COD service fee, freight) will not be refunded.

2.If your order includes discounts, only the discounted price will be refunded for the returned goods.
